Join Jennie Walbank for some mindful movement in her level 1 Restore your core ® 

6 week course for beginners.

Mondays 7 - 8:15pm (first class in series is 90 mins)


✅This series is a must for anyone wanting a stronger functional core from postpartum, post menopausal women to the seasoned athlete!


✅The classes will be small (6 max) and supportive with lots of individual attention. 


📚 Optional weekly homework will be provided so you can reinforce that learnt in class and a supportive whatsapp group to ask questions throughout the week.





This will be held after class to check your core engagement strategy is sound and you are not compromising your spine or pelvic floor while exercising. You will also be given individual tips and advice to help redress any compensation patterns that may be...

🌟 Forcing your abdomen to push out, no matter how many sit ups or core workouts you have been doing.


🌟 Preventing your diastasis recti from closing.


Using a combination of functional yoga and pilates based exercise we will begin to uncover any unconscious compensation habits️ that may be holding you back from reaching your exercise goals, healing or simply feeling amazing in your body.💪


The foundation series is also a prerequisite to joining my level 2 series where we challenge the core further, correct for postural imbalances that can hinder healing and create the mind/ body relationship you never knew you could have.
