Alvescot Village Hall 2020 AGM
Monday 5th October at 18:30.
All welcome to come along to this very short but necessary meeting in the village hall
Adhering to government guidelines, the Village Hall has now re-opened for use by the public,1.9.2020.
The committee have worked hard to ensure that all Covid 19 requirements are in place.
Guidelines have been drawn up for all users to abide to which are on show in the hall & will be supplied to ALL users for their action on using the hall.

Due to changes for pubs & restaurants, please go to the Pub The Plough for full details on opening times etc., , so please go to their web site for all the details on menu etc. Happy Eating
Due to covid 19 - if you have booked the village hall or hold regular classes in the hall, these can resume as of 1.9.2020, please contact the person in charge of the regular class to find out if & when they are starting back & not Terry Morris.
Following on from the latest Committee meeting (3.2.2020)the following dates of things happening in the village hall & Muga were mentioned, so we hope that you can pop them in your diary to join in:-
June 20th, Saturday 13:30 (ish)Village Fete - all details to follow regarding this super fun event on the Muga will be posted on the Fete page as soon as it happens
September 19th, Saturday 10:00 - 12:00 Pink & Blue Coffee Morning. In the Village Hall. Please come along to this event, bring a cake or two & sample others baking with a cup of tea or coffee. This is a charity event - further details to follow
October 10th, Saturday 19:30 Village Hall Fun Quiz night/including supper (mostly home made dishes) entry fee & further details to follow closer to the date
November 5th, Thursday 18:00 Bon Fire Night - On the Muga with stalls of Hot Mulled wine, Tea/Coffee, Hot dogs etc - Free, but donations welcome towards the cost of the display - Further details to follow
